Healthy Methods to Relieve Stress

Positive affirmations:

A positive affirmation is a phrase you can say to yourself that makes you feel good and reminds you that you can do anything and be anyone you want to be.

Examples of Positive Affirmations to Practice

  1. I find joy and pleasure in the simplest things in life.

  2. I awaken every morning feeling happy and enthusiastic about life.

  3. By allowing myself to be happy,I inspire others to be happy too.

  4. All that I need comes to me at the right time and place in this life.

  5. I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.

Mindful Breathing:

Control your breathing. As you breath in through your nose, imagine breathing in positivity. As you breath out through your mouth, imagine release any negative thoughts/feelings.

Mindful colouring:

Mindful colouring is where you draw a lot of different squiggles and patterns on a page and then spend time colouring them in.
